Haven Cleaning Services is communicative, timely, I had a great experience with Haven Cleaning Services. Jon was very helpful to talk to and answered all my questions. On the day of the cleaning at my father's home, Jon and Sonia both participated in the deep clean. They did a great job, going above and beyond. The job took longer than expected, but they didn't charge me more than the original estimate and I was really impressed. Sonia came back two days later as arranged to complete the deep clean. I hope the father will continue to use them on a regular basis. Thanks Jon and Sonia!

Had a great experience with Haven Cleaning! Jay was professional and arrived on time with all their own cleaning supplies, which was very convenient. From the booking process to the actual cleaning, the communication was excellent with frequent reminders of the booking & a full video of the apartment and checklist of what was done after the cleaning was complete. It is evident that Haven Cleaning puts its customers first to ensure it is an easy process from start to end. Would definitely recommend Haven to anyone looking for a cleaning service in the city!

As the Manager of 20 Units in a Luxury Doorman Building in Mid-Town West Manhattan, it seems likely a Cleaning Service would be easily found. I have experienced just the opposite, but I found Haven Cleaning Services, headed up by the Owner, Jonathan, what a group of professionals and such a reliable team. The finished product on each of my Units, is definitely 5 Star. If you're looking for a Cleaning Service, run don't walk, get Haven on board

I have always cleaned my own apartment, but as I’m getting older and working full time, I was finding it harder and harder to keep up with the cleaning. I called many companies, but when I spoke with Jon, I new I had found my match. He was upbeat, polite, professional , informative and very patient as he answered all my questions. The cleaner I was assigned was named Jaylliam and she was amazing. I ordered a deep clean which was a 5 hours service. Jayllium stayed for 7 hours until the job was done. She cleaned EVERYTHING beautifully and worked straight through without even taking a break! She was polite, friendly, attentive to her tasks and very professional. I will definitely ask for her again and I look forward to using Haven cleaning services in the future. They will be my “go to” company for all my cleaning needs!!!

I had the pleasure of hiring Haven Cleaning Services for a full apartment clean. Communication with Haven was so smooth - from the scheduling process to reminders to follow up emails, I felt taken care of from start to finish. Sonia cleaned my 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in around 2.5 hours and everything looked amazing. She wore booties in my apartment, brought all of her own equipment (including a vacuum), and was considerate of my space while I worked from home. She was incredibly detailed and the service left everything sparkling - I've never seen my stove or bathroom cleaner! I highly recommend hiring Haven for all of your cleaning needs!

I trust them with my animals and they give me the peace of mind that precious objects will not get lost or moved! Haven did a great job of setting up my cleaning service and were flexible and patient about shifting arrangements. They reminded me several times of our appointment and gave me notice when my cleaner was going to be late (which with NYC subway travel can’t be helped.). My cleaner, Sonia, arrived and was entirely no-nonsense: set up her stuff and started to work right away, and worked steadily with no breaks for 4+ hours. The place (which had undergone some renovation and was full of dust) is sparkling. The rates are reasonable and the service excellent.

Reggilnald did a fantastic job at my clients home. She was very happy with the windows, fridge and bathroom. It looked like a brand new apartment after he was done. He arrived on time and was very polite! Everything sparkled top to bottom!

Jay was such a wonderful cleaner! I was very nervous to have someone come in and clean my apartment, but my experience with Haven was great. Jay did a thorough cleaning and my place was spotless when I left. I’ll definitely be recommending Haven to anyone looking for a cleaning in NYC.
